2.3 Registration Accuracy. 2.4 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 345vin. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. 345vin may merge or close duplicate accounts and may void any bets or winnings associated with them.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345vin login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 345vin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC). In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming requirements, 345vin may at any time request identity verification documents from players. These may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 345vin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts, subject to applicable law and prior notification to the registered email or mobile number.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 345vin account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Deposit Methods. 345vin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as published on the Cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Own-Name Requirement. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or mobile wallets registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating account and may trigger an account review. 345vin accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Cashier page. 345vin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending KYC verification or fraud investigation. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds have been met.
4.4 Currency. All player accounts on 345vin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits or withdrawals are made in alternative currencies (e.g., USDT), conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 345vin is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new or existing verified players who have not previously claimed the same offer. 345vin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. 345vin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts; exploiting mathematical loopholes in promotions; using arbitrage strategies in relation to bonus offers; or coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus terms. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be suspended.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated free spins expire as per the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited without compensation.
6.1 General Rules. All bets placed on 345vin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by 345vin's system and a confirmation reference has been issued. 345vin reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed using erroneous odds or where system errors have occurred.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products on 345vin and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 345vin reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits where deemed necessary.
6.4 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors; system failures; obvious pricing errors; match abandonment where the applicable sport rules provide for voiding; or breach of these Terms by the player. Voided bets are returned at stake value to the player's 345vin account balance.

10.1 The 345vin platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 345vin does not guarantee that the Site will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345vin's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
